Is it time to find my successor?

I have changed recently. I have new goals I want to achieve. I need extra time to do it. I have to find the best candidate to replace me in the leader position. Who is the best? Who would be accepted fully by everybody? How about integrating a new person into the company? The risk is too big to decide instictively. I need advise and professional opinion.
