I am not really happy with the results. I know that if this tendency continues, we are going to suffer. I have to find the root cause. Lack of knowledge or competences? Our skills and experiences are valuable but we are still not effective enough. Can the reason be the change of the market? Is there something going on that I can not see from my position? I need human due diligence and complex evaluation!
